We will be hosting a brewery event at Kikizake-dokoro Showa-kura, featuring Asahara Shuzo (Ogo Brewery), a producer of local sake, craft beer, and wine based in Moroyama Town, Saitama Prefecture.
 
You’ll have the chance to hear stories about sake brewing that you don’t usually get to hear.
We will be offering premium sake not sold at Showa-kura, as well as special paid tastings.

・琵琶のささ浪 再醸仕込み酒
仕込み水の一部に日本酒を使用する贅沢な製法を採用。
お米の甘みと緻密な酸の設計により「甘いのに、軽い」という驚きの飲み口。
希少米「春陽」を使用し「マスカットのようなフルーティで華やかな含み香」を実現。
・Petit Rich パイナップル（パイナップルリキュール）
果肉感あふれる濃厚な味わい。
まるでパイナップルを頬張っているような、ジューシーな美味しさです。
・赤ワインベースの梅酒
埼玉県産の梅を豊富に使用し、カベルネソーヴィニヨン種の赤ワインに漬け込みました。
梅の酸味と甘み、心地よい渋みがあり、フルーティーでなめらかな味わいです。
・白ワインベースの梅酒
埼玉県産の梅を豊富に使用し、シャルドネ種の白ワインに漬け込みました。
酸味の中に感じるほのかな甘みすっきりな味わいです。
