We will be hosting a brewery event at Kikizake-dokoro Showa-kura, featuring Asahara Shuzo (Ogo Brewery), a producer of local sake, craft beer, and wine based in Moroyama Town, Saitama Prefecture.
 
You’ll have the chance to hear stories about sake brewing that you don’t usually get to hear.
We will be offering premium sake not sold at Showa-kura, as well as special paid tastings.

Biwa no Sasami: Ringo-in Sparkling
A sparkling sake made using a newly developed yeast strain from Saitama Prefecture that produces high levels of malic acid.
A pleasant, refreshing acidity and juicy sweetness spread across the palate,
and the finish leaves a refreshing aftertaste accompanied by a burst of carbonation.
