Located east of Saitama City, we brew our sake amidst a blessed natural environment that retains the charm of the Musashino region.
We use soft water from the Tone River basin and carefully selected, high-quality rice.
Utilizing the expertise of our master brewers from the Nanbu region, we craft rich ginjo sake, distinctive junmai sake, and umami-rich honjozo sake, placing the utmost importance on quality for our customers.
