About the Brewery
Kamekame Shuzo was the first brewery in postwar Japan to convert its entire production to junmai sake in 1987.
This was because we were convinced that junmai sake is not only the traditional and authentic form of Japanese sake, but also the type of sake that truly complements food and brings new joy to the dining experience.
