About the Brewery
Traces of Musashino can still be seen in various places around the Seiryu Shuzo headquarters. Since the days when this area was known as Ayase Village in Musashino Province, Musashi Province (now Hasuda City, Saitama Prefecture), our family has continued to run this sake brewery as a family business for generations, right up to the present day.
Today, we produce and sell a range of products, with sake, rice shochu, and liqueurs as our main offerings.
Furthermore, in our quest for even greater flavor, to hear firsthand feedback from our customers, and to incorporate that into our brewing process, we have opened a chain of "Seiryu" izakayas—directly operated by the brewery—throughout Tokyo. At the same time, we have become the first in the industry to offer direct sales to customers at our brewery (within our headquarters factory).
In this way, we have established a new, integrated distribution model—the first of its kind in Japan—that encompasses the production of sake and rice shochu, the opening of our own izakaya, and direct sales at the brewery. Moving forward, we will continue to strive to be a sake brewery with a unique character and a commitment to being “with our customers.”
