Guided by the management philosophy of “Chujo” (a spirit of sincerity and compassion) advocated by our local hero, Eiichi Shibusawa, we are committed to prioritizing quality. In addition to our standard products, we strive to offer a variety of seasonal sake throughout the year.

In April 2010, we built a new store and factory. We strive to create a welcoming environment for our customers and, to ensure that people of all ages can enjoy Japanese sake, we offer a wide variety of products and pay close attention to the shape, color, and labeling of our bottles.

In addition, the grounds behind the store still feature a chimney, a storehouse, and a well built from historically significant Fukaya bricks, so please be sure to stop by.
