We will be hosting a brewery event at Kikizake-dokoro Showa-kura, featuring Asahara Shuzo (Ogo Brewery), a producer of local sake, craft beer, and wine based in Moroyama Town, Saitama Prefecture.
 
You’ll have the chance to hear stories about sake brewing that you don’t usually get to hear.
We’ll be offering premium sake not sold at Showa-kura, as well as special paid tastings.

Made with 100% “Aya no Kizuna” rice from Saitama Prefecture,
this limited-edition junmai ginjo is brewed using “Saitama G Yeast” to bring out its floral aroma.
Enjoy its floral aroma reminiscent of fully ripe fruit,
and the juicy flavor unique to unfiltered nama genshu.
・Biwa no Sasami Junmai Ginjo
Featuring a harmonious balance of refined umami and rounded acidity,
this Junmai Ginjo has a clean, refreshing finish.
・White Koji Amazake
Made with white koji (shirokoji), which produces citric acid,
This amazake is characterized by its clean sweetness and refreshing tartness.
With a light, smooth texture, it’s perfect for the hot summer months.
A hint of domestically produced sea salt enhances the flavor and helps replenish salt levels.
Since it contains no alcohol, it’s suitable for everyone from children to adults.
