Located near the "Ogose Plum Grove," one of the three major plum groves in the Kanto region, and using the crisp, clear groundwater from the Koshikawa River,
We brew sake using traditional, handmade methods, guided by the motto: "Sake with a full body and a light finish."

✨Lineup for the Day✨
・Ogose Bai-rin Bloom Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu
 A fruity, sweet-style Nama Genshu—a rare offering from Sato Shuzo. An ultra-limited edition.
 Soft on the palate with a gentle, lingering aroma. A rich flavor that highlights the natural taste of rice.

・Ikoshi Ume-bayashi Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu – Asahi Ume Aoi –
This Junmai Ginjo is made from 100% Gohyakumangoku rice grown by contracted farmers in Niigata Prefecture.
It features a refined, delicate sweetness and acidity, with a well-balanced umami that expands on the palate, yet finishes with a clean, crisp aftertaste.

・Ogo Ume Forest Shirofwa
It has a yogurt-like character, blending the natural sweetness of grains with a lactic acidity.
It has a very gentle aroma. This is a junmai nigori sake made from new rice, highlighting the umami of the rice.
The moromi is carefully coarsely filtered, resulting in a smooth, velvety texture and a subtly sweet flavor.

・Ogo Ume-bayashi Momofuwa
This junmai ginjo pink nigori sake is notable for its pale pink hue and soft, smooth mouthfeel.
This beautiful pink color is a natural hue produced by red yeast, without the use of artificial coloring.
The first sip reveals a sweet-and-sour, floral aroma reminiscent of berries and cherries.

・Ogo Ume Forest Red Shiso
This is a red shiso liqueur made using traditional sake brewing methods.
Harnessing the unique characteristics of red shiso, a traditional Japanese herb, it offers a pleasant aroma and a crisp, refreshing taste.
Its beautiful natural ruby color adds a touch of elegance to your dining table.
Winner of 1st Place in the Aged Sake and New Product Development Category at the National New Sake Appraisal Competition.
