We were founded in 1844 on the banks of the Koma River, which flows from the mountains of Okumusashi.
Crafted from high-quality water, the harsh cold of winter, carefully selected rice, and traditional techniques honed over more than 170 years, our sake boasts a rich flavor, a smooth texture, and a fragrant aroma—making it a local specialty of the Hidaka and Koma River regions.
