About the Brewery
We have a permanent exhibition featuring a wide variety of historical documents and tools that preserve the traditional sake-making methods passed down since our founding in 1871. We carefully preserve and display these traditional brewing tools—many of which are rarely seen today—as valuable artifacts worthy of being passed down to future generations, so please be sure to take a look. In addition, we have a video corner where you can learn about modern sake brewing, a tasting corner, and an on-site shop offering our full lineup of Iwatsuki local sake.
